Shipping costs: Switzerland: free standard shipping. European Union: free standard shipping. United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries: shipping costs are shown at checkout and paid by the customer.
Delivery time: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Switzerland: 2–3 business days in total. European Union: 5–12 business days. United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries: 7–14 business days; remote areas may require more time.
Discreet, neutral packaging and tracking are provided. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer.
Returns & Withdrawal Policy
European Union: Customers with a delivery address in the EU have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right from receipt of the goods. The buyer pays return shipping costs.
Switzerland: We voluntarily grant a 14-day return right from receipt of the goods. Return shipping is free.
United States: We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered to the United States.
Other countries: Where returns are accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Eligible returns must be sent within 14 days. Opened or unsealed hygiene or intimate products and customised items are excluded.
