Return at BDSM-Box.com - Your rights and our service

 

Thank you for your trust in bdsm-box.com. Each of our boxes is carefully inspected before shipping and securely packaged to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Should a product nevertheless not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility to return it under the conditions mentioned below.

 

Important return information:

 

-  Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong delivery or damaged goods).

- Quality Inspection: Each box is inspected before shipment and shipped in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.

- Return policy: You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

 

How to return an item

 

1. Registering the return:

Notify us in advance of your return by sending an e-mail to fatalefelin@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for return.

 

2. Secure packaging:

Carefully package the box and the items inside to avoid damage during the return shipment. Please use the original packaging.

 

3. Shipping:

Send the goods to the following address:

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Keep the delivery receipt from the shipping company, as you will need to prove delivery in the event of a loss.

 

4.Refund:

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to you via your original payment method within 14 working days.

Please note that:

 

• We cannot offer a refund on damaged or used items unless the goods were already defective on delivery.

• Refunds can only be made for items that have been returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

 

Exceptions to returns:

 

For hygienic reasons, personalized or opened products are excluded from return, unless there is a quality defect.
