What is the return policy?
United States: We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered to the United States. European Union: A 14-day statutory withdrawal right applies from receipt of the goods; the buyer pays return shipping costs. Switzerland: We voluntarily grant a 14-day return right from receipt of the goods, with free return shipping.
